Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail typically arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days (Monday through Saturday, not including holidays) for the United States.

International Customers

We do not ship or bill orders internationally. If you are outside of the United States or its territories, please contact us via our contact form for exceptions.

Returns

Please remember these are antique and vintage handbags, not new. We try to disclose all flaws that we see and do not offer bags for sale that we would not carry ourselves. Even so, if you receive an item that you are unhappy with we do offer a 5 day return policy.

Returns at ESTATEment Handbags will be accepted when:

• We are notified within 48 hours of receipt
• Item is in the condition we shipped it in
• Item is returned with 5 days of receipt

We will issue you a refund or store credit (sorry shipping charges are non-refundable)

Trade In Policy

ESTATEments will allow 50% of the original sales price toward the purchase of another item. 

Trade IN transactions require the following:

• Email trade request by using our contact form
• Item must be received in the same condition as date of sale within 7 days of request
• Item must be received and accepted prior to shipment of requested item

Purchase your Vintage Handbags

ESTATEments is interested in purchasing vintage handbags!

Please contact us by using our contact form. 
If it is something we would like in our collection we will ask you to take the following steps:

1. Ship us the handbag (we’ll provide the address when we let you know our interest).  The value of a vintage purse is in the condition, material and manufacturer.  An on site inspection is necessary to be sure to offer a fair wholesale price.    

2. Within 2 business days of arrival, a determination of interest in the handbag will be e-mailed. If the handbag is accepted, ESTATEments will e-mail an offer to contact e-mail address.  All offers are final offers – there is no bidding on items.

3. Within 2 business days of acceptance of an offer, payment will be mailed.

4. All handbags will be returned in original packaging if the handbag or the offer is deemed unacceptable.

We understand your concerns with this policy and can offer you references from previous customers. If this is something you are still not comfortable with we ask you to not start the process. ESTATEments is not a licensed appraiser, and because of the volume of emails we get we can no longer provide estimates on the value of vintage handbags.
